This is one of my favorite shops in the Valley. The staff are a lot of fun and have never pressured me to buy. They genuinely seem to love comics. Pre-COVID they'd host some awesome signings -- always free, too. Now they have it where you can purchase books in advanced, and, if the artist or writer are local, they'll have them signed at no additional cost. Could not recommend it more.

Of all of the comic book shops I been a regular at, this is by far my favorite as far as selection, customer service, and personal service. They have the merchandise and inventory of a full realized storefront, but the familiarity of a Mom & Pop store. I would bymut from them even when I relocate.

Reasonable prices, well-organized, informed staff who will happily chat with customers about their preferences and recommendations. I especially commend the cashiers who are unfailingly patient with my two kids (ages 4 and 9) who love sifting through the youth comics section and aren't always great at reshelving; no Collector's Paradise employee has ever made them feel less than welcome despite their occasional disruption.

Best comic book store in Pasadena! I've been going here for 20 years since it was Comic Odyssey. It's changed a bit over the years but I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the store often has signings. This will always be my favorite comic book store!

Excellent rewards program. Excellent selection. Excellent customer service as their staff give good reccomendations. Their prices are on point and not inflated. I like their events and signings that they have. Also when you buy a new release they give out signature prints with the book/novel you purchased.
